Well, I made the no sugar chocolate pudding pie which is zero weight watchers points per serving and boy was I impressed.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups non fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 small box instant fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp imitation vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Stevia

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, and stevia until blended well
  3. Add in cottage cheese and box of pudding until well combined
  4. Spray a pie dish or 9 inch spring form pan with non stick cooking spray and pour ingredients in
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before covering with plastic wrap
