Breakfast Pizza Pie – 2 Weight watchers points

Ingredients

  • 1 Xtreme Wrap – 1 point
  • 2 scrambled eggs – 0 point
  • 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese shredded – 1 point
  • veggies

Instructions

  1. chopped up 1 mushroom, 3 jarred jalapeno pepper slices, couple cherry tomatoes, a little onion and spinach, green pepper and cilantro. (use what you have on hand)
  2. I placed the wrap in my baking pan and added the scrambled eggs. (You want to make sure your egg stays in the wrap and doesn’t seep out.) Then I added all the veggies and sprinkled with the cheese. I baked in a preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes. The tortilla wrap was crispy just like a pizza crust. I have seen people say they washed the fat free cheese in water and that it melts better so I put the 1/4 cup of fat free cheese in a bowl and towel dried and it melted so pretty.
