Ingredients
- 1 Sugarfree Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Grated 1 lemon rind
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup wild organic frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into the cake batter mix. add 1 tsp flour sprinkled over the berries before I folded them into the batter.
- Bake 325 for about 40 minutes. Top wasn’t very browned but you flip it over anyway from the Bundt pan.
