- vegetable broth

- Canned black beans
- 15½ oz
- Canned corn with red and green peppers
- 11 oz
- Canned tomatoes with green chilis
- 7¼ oz
- Salsa
- 8 oz
- wilted greens
Instructions
- In medium saucepan over moderate heat, cook onion in broth about 15 minutes, until onion is translucent. Drain and rinse black beans and drain corn. Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer about 45 minutes, Serve warm. with wilted greens (You can add light or fat-free cheese and/or sour cream before serving. Just don’t forget the extra POINTS!)
