I make a lot of soups, chili’s, and stews from the WW recipes files for those busy days after work when you just need to grab something quick or you start craving snack food. Always missed a crusty substantial bread. I came up with 2 ingredient Rosemary Garlic Twists. Same point value as the bagels. They are really good. Same recipe as bagels with added seasoning and new shape
RECIPE – 1 cup self rising flour, one cup fat free Greek yogurt, I mixed garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives and red pepper flakes in to batter. Divide into four pieces. Roll ropes like bagels and twist. after brushing with a well beaten egg with a little water sprinkle the Rosemary on top. Bake 400 for 15 minutes turn temp up to 500 for three minutes. I bake on parchment paper
