Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of oats,
1 1/2 cup ff Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup almond milk
diced apple
3 tsp cinnamon,
3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup, 1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions
I mix it all up in one big bowl and divide it into 6 jars.
3 points each (makes 6 servings).

They smell so good and taste even better!
