- Banana: slice, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle cinnamon on both sides. Top with a brown sugar substitute (or real brown sugar, but adjust points). Air fry (I do like 385 for about 6-7 minutes) just until the sugar melts and starts to crystallize.
- 1/3 cup oats, 2/3c unsweetened almond milk, splash of vanilla. I’ve done this as overnight oats and added a scoop of nonfat yogurt, or as hot oats and just microwaved as is.
- Once oats are cooked, add caramelized banana on top and sprinkle with 7g Chopped walnuts and 10g lily’s salted caramel chocolate chips (or adjust quantities/points to your preference).
- If doing overnight oats, I prepped the oats the night before and then in the morning did the banana so it was a warm contrast to the cold oats. Sprinkle the crunchy stuff last so it stays crunchy.
