Air Fried Bagel Balls Stuffed with Cheese

This Easy to Make Bagel Balls recipe makes 16 servings. Each Bagel Ball is two points on Weight watchers


  • 1 cup s All-purpose flour
  • 13 points
  • 2 tsp Baking powder 0 points
  • 3 ⁄4tsp Kosher salt 0 points
  • 1 cup s Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained yogurt plain 0 smart points
  • 4 low fat mozzarella sticks
  • 1 Egg s 0 smart points


  1. Place parchment paper or a silpat on a baking sheet. If using parchment paper, spray with oil to avoid sticking.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well.
  3. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.
  4. Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 15 turns (it should not leave dough on your hand when you pull away).
  5. Divide dough into 16 equal balls. Flatten each ball into circles, then place 1/4 of the mozzarella stick on each. Cover the dough well and roll into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough. Top with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice if desired.
  6. Air Fryer Method:
  7. Spray the basket to avoid sticking.
  8. Preheat the air fryer 375. Transfer in batches without overcrowding and bake 7 minutes, or until golden.
  9. No need to turn. Let cool at least 10 minutes before eating.
