I specifically made these as a side for a brunch date with friends and am now super excited to toss together a batch once a week to have them sitting in my fridge to have on hand when I need a snack.

Summer Berry Yogurt Parfait

This refreshing, visually stunning, and “WW-friendly” dessert looks like a fancy cafĆ© treat but is simple to make at home!

Ingredients:

 Yogurt: 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt.

 Fruit: ½ cup of fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries).

 Crunch: 2 tablespoons of sugar-free granola or crushed low-calorie cookies.

 Sweetener (Optional): A drizzle of sugar-free syrup or a pinch of stevia.

Instructions:

1 Layering: In a clear glass jar or cup, add a base layer of fat-free Greek yogurt.

2 Add Fruit: Add a layer of fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

3 Repeat: Repeat the layers once more until the jar is filled.

4 Finish: Top it off with the sugar-free granola or crushed low-calorie cookies for that essential crunch.

5 Serve: Enjoy immediately, or keep it in the fridge for a quick snack!
