Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon monk sugar substitute zero calorie sweetener
Glaze (optional)
- 1 tablespoon zero calorie powdered sweetener
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. You’ll need to use your hand to knead it till it makes a dough. A spoon alone won’t mix it properly.
- Portion out 20 equal balls (about 15 grams each).
- Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 6-7 minutes, or until donut holes begin to brown. (you can also use the oven at 400 degrees,
- Remove from air fryer.
- Combine Lakanto zero calorie powdered sugar and water, until a glaze is formed.
- Dunk each donut hole in the glaze. EAT!!!
