Ingredients
- 5 oz red potato is one serving medium potato
- Greek yogurt fat free
Instructions
- Make your mashed potatoes as usual but use Greek yogurt in place of milk and butter (I used a little more than I needed to, just mix a spoonful or two in there at a time until it’s the consistency you like). Toss in some garlic, salt, pepper, and whatever else you like!
