2-Point Weight Watchers Mashed Potatoes

2 points for the potato, 0 for the yogurt!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz red potato is one serving medium potato
  • Greek yogurt fat free

Instructions

  1. Make your mashed potatoes as usual but use Greek yogurt in place of milk and butter (I used a little more than I needed to, just mix a spoonful or two in there at a time until it’s the consistency you like). Toss in some garlic, salt, pepper, and whatever else you like!
