- Garlic
- 1 cup self-rising flour
(or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt)
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light butter, melted (or I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fat-free grated Parmesan
- Optional: pinch of salt, parsley flakes
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden.
- Mix melted light butter with garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
- Brush knots lightly, then sprinkle with fat-free Parmesan.
- Optional: return to oven 2 minutes to melt topping.
