WW Low-Point Garlic Parmesan Knots.

  • 1 point per knot
    (using fat-free  cheese & light butter — points may vary slightly by plan). Ingredients
  • Garlic
  • 1 cup self-rising  flour
    (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt)
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light butter, melted (or I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
  • 1 tsp  garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fat-free grated Parmesan
  • Optional: pinch of salt, parsley flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden.
  7. Mix melted light butter with garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
  8. Brush knots lightly, then sprinkle with fat-free Parmesan.
  9. Optional: return to oven 2 minutes to melt topping.
