Weight Watchers Great Apple Muffins

Great Apple Muffins. 2 points each on weight watchers!

Ingredients

  • 1½ TBSP of Brown Sugar
  • 1¾ C of Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole Grain Buttermilk Protein Mix
  • 1½ tsp of Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp of Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ C of Milk
  • 8 oz. Of Apple Sauce I used 2 small containers
  • Apples
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 TBSP of I Can’t believe its not butter light
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ TBSP of Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven 350°. Spray Muffin Tin or Cupcake pan. Mix all Dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Cut apples into small pieces. Put in skillet with Butter, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. Cook until soft. Fold into muffin mixture. Fill to top or ¾ full. Should make 12. Bake for 17 Minutes in my oven. Or until toothpick comes out clean. When hot run butter knife around edges. Wait a few minutes and set on cooling rack.
