2 points
This impressive Weight Watchers flourless chocolate cake is easy to make and has just 2 points per serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 33 grams cocoa powder (I used 1/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 60 grams dark chocolate
Topping
I used powdered sugar which was included in the 2 points measurement. I used less than a tablespoon so it didn’t add points per slice really when divided into 6 slices. How’s that for impressive Weight Watchers math?
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Prepare a small round cake pan
- In a blender place bananas, eggs, cocoa powder and baking powder
- Blend Just until combined and smooth
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- When the cake is still hot, place dark chocolate cubes on top of the cake and allow to melt
- Then spread evenly and allow to cool
Serve and enjoy!
Notes: This is also good with PB2 on the side. And there is protein because it’s made with eggs—adding PB2 only ups the protein. Fat free whipped cream is good or cool whip, sugar free jam might work too just some ideas I had.
It’s def on the bitter side tasted better the next day and I think the more over ripe the bananas the better prob.
