Weight Watchers Berry Poke Cake

This skinnier version is only three points per serving on Weight Watchers. It made 20 servings and it’s one of my favorite summer time desserts.

Weight Watchers Berry Poke Cake Ingredients

  • Simply Delish Strawberry sugar free low  calorie dessert  1 package(s) 0 points
  • Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free classic yellow cake mix (serves 10) 10 serving(s) dry mix 43 points 
  • Mott’s Unsweetened applesauce snack cup 1 container(s) 0 points
  • Food Club Lite whipped topping
  • 4 oz 15 points
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions

  • Bake your cake
  • I used Unsweetened apple sauce instead of oil in the cake mix
  • Poke holes in it
  • Mix jel as package says
  • Poor jel over cake and chill for 2 hours
  • Top with cool whip and strawberries and blueberries
