These veggie cheese egg white muffins are so perfect for grab-and-go eating. They are not only filling and healthy, but zero weight watchers points each! That leaves you with plenty of Weight Watchers points to spend on other yums.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray about 4 sprays
- 12 egg whites
- 1 cup shopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease 12 muffin pan cups with cooking spray
- Mix the egg whites and transfer to a medium bowl
- To your medium bowl, add the spinach, peppers tomatoes, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
- Stir to combine
- Divide among cups of muffin pan
- Evenly divide cheddar cheese to each muffin cup
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until set.
