- Red bell pepper

- Tomato
- 1 medium diced
- Onion
- 1 large diced

- 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped
- Table salt
- ½ tsp
- Black pepper
- ½ tsp freshly ground
- Eggs
- 2 large lightly beaten
- jalapeños
Instructions
- Chop up bell peppers, tomato, onion, jalapeños, rosemary, salt, and peppers. Coat skillet with non stick cooking spray. Sautee vegetables.
