Vanilla blueberry mug cake topped with vanilla yogurt

Ingredients

  • Spray nonstick
  • one serving 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, (i used organic plant based powder)
  • one egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • a teaspoon of baking powder.
  • frozen blueberries or any fruit if you like.
  • Topping is Greek yogurt
  • 1 Stevia packet
  • marshmallow nut pods. 1 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Spray the ramekin with nonstick
  2. Mix one serving vanilla protein powder,
  3. one egg
  4. 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk,
  5. a teaspoon of baking powder.
  6. Add frozen blueberries or any fruit if you like.
  7. Mix.
  8. Microwave for 70 seconds if the fruit is frozen.
  9. Topping is Greek yogurt, Stevia packet, and marshmallow nut pods. (1 tbsp).
