Two ingredient dough Homemade Pizza with all the Toppings Five points for the entire pizza on Weight Watchers

(two ingredient dough is basically Self rising flour and Greek yogurt) I made super thin crust so “the whole pizza” was 1/4c of flour and 1/4 of yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄3cup s White self-rising flour 4 personal points
  • 1 ⁄3cup s Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained yogurt plain 1 personal points
  • 1 ⁄3cup s Fresh mushroom(s) 0 personal points
  • 1 ⁄3cup s Uncooked onion(s) 0 personal points
  • 1 ⁄4cup s Great Value Reduced fat shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese 2 personal points
  • 1 ⁄2cup s No salt added canned crushed tomatoes 0 personal points
  • 1 ⁄3cup s Uncooked bell pepper(s)
  • personal points

Instructions

  1. My “whole” pizza crust was 1/3 c self rising flour (if not self rising, add 1 tsp baking powder), 1/3 c non fat Greek yogurt. Spray cookie sheet with pan, spread out on sheet add low-fat cheese, leftover Onions, peppers, mushrooms and parsley and bake at 450 for about 5 mins
