  • Breakstone’s Fat free small curd cottage cheese
  • O pts
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Kraft Shredded fat free mozzarella
  • 1 pt
  • 1 1/4 oz
  • Kraft Shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt
  • 1 1/4 oz
  • La Banderita Carb Counter Carb Lean Soft Taco…
  • 1 pt
  • 1 tortilla s
  • broccoli
  • points
  • 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. spray pan and add tortilla.
  2. add broccoli
  3. crack eggs
  4. add feta cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese onions, jalapeños and mix.
  5. pour mixture over the tortilla
  6. bake at 350 for 14 minutes!
