Ingredients
- 1 flat out protein flat bread
- 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 orange
Instructions
- Took one protein flat bread and spread 2 laughing cow cheese wedges on top.
- then layered with 1/2 cup spinach.
- added cut up orange slices, peppers,tomatoes, pineapple.
- bake on 350 until bread is crispy…then add small dollops of greek yogurt(tastes like sour cream)!
