Peach Cobbler Cupcakes

These were refreshing and very yummy with low points!!! each cupcake is just three points on weight watchers and the recipe makes 24 cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free classic yellow cake mix serves 10 16 oz
  • Dannon Light & Fit Zero Sugar Peach Yogurt 1 container s
  • Egg s 3 item(s) (large), large
  • Jell-O Cheesecake reduced calorie instant pudding & pie filling 1 package s
  • Del Monte Diced peaches no sugar added snack cups 2 single serve cup s
  • Jell-O White chocolate sugar free fat free instant pudding & pie filling 1 package s
  • Fat free skim milk 3/4 cup s
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning Blend 1 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping 8 oz
  • Simply Peach Pie Filling 1/3 cup s

Instructions

  1. CAKE
  2. 1 box pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
  3. 1 container light and fit zero sugar peach yogurt
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 cup water.
  6. 1/3 cup simply fruit peach pie filling
  7. FILLING
  8. 1 container zero sugar peaches
  9. 1 package dry fat free cheesecake pudding mix
  10. 3/4 cup skim milk
  11. FROSTING
  12. 8oz fat free cool whip
  13. 1 package dry fat free white chocolate pudding mix
  14. TOPPING
  15. CINNIDUST
  16. Peaches
  17. Mix all cake ingredients bake 10-12 min. Mix filling ingredients I used my ninja Mix frosting. Pipe filling into cooled cupcakes frost and top! Enjoy!
