One Weight Watchers Point Carrot Cake Muffins

1 point Was craving carrot cake so made some 1 point carrot muffins instead! They are so good and really hit the sweet spot!

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • 3 large
  • Banana
  • 3 medium
  • Baking powder
  • 2 tsp s
  • Table salt
  • 1 tsp s
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp s
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp s
  • Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup s
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup s
  • Uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 cup s
  • Good Protein Creamy vanilla all-in-
  • one superfood shake
  • 12 serving s
  • Splenda Brown sugar blend
  • 1 tbsp s
  • Shredded carrots
  • 2 cup s

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix all ingredients together, first wet then
  2. dry
  3. 2 Bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes
