1 point Was craving carrot cake so made some 1 point carrot muffins instead! They are so good and really hit the sweet spot!
Ingredients
- Egg
- 3 large
- Banana
- 3 medium
- Baking powder
- 2 tsp s
- Table salt
- 1 tsp s
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp s
- Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp s
- Walnuts
- 1/4 cup s
- All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup s
- Uncooked rolled oats
- 2 cup s
- Good Protein Creamy vanilla all-in-
- one superfood shake
- 12 serving s
- Splenda Brown sugar blend
- 1 tbsp s
- Shredded carrots
- 2 cup s
Instructions
- 1 Mix all ingredients together, first wet then
- dry
- 2 Bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes
