Ingredients
- 6 small zucchini spiralized using Tupperware’s Spiralizer (total weight 1 3/4 pounds)
- ¼ cup red onion sliced
- 1 pint organic cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup orange bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup olives
- 12 oz. hearts of palm drained
- Fresh chopped parsley as garnish
- Ingredients for Dressing:
- •1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- •1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- •1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- •1/2 Tbsp Italian herb
- •1/2 tsp dijon mustard no sugar added
- •1/2 tsp dried basil
- •1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- •1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients and set aside in Tupperware Quick Shake Container. In a Tupperware bowl combine all of the veggies and mix together. Top with dressing and toss again. Enjoy!
