Zero Weight Watchers point Homemade hummus!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chick peas drained and rinsed in ice cold water
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice I used like 8 but I LOVE lemon flavor
  • 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • Then I used spices to taste.
  • I did sweet paprika, chili powder, old bay seasoning, cumin (1/8 tsp) onion powder and pink Himalayan salt, ground black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Throw it into a blender or food processor

Boom 0 point hummus. Eating mine with reduced fat triscuits and pretzel sticks. I’d do cucumbers too
