I thought I’d share my favorite one point breakfast. it is so filling and healthy and just 1 weight watchers point for the whole recipe!
Ingredients
- La Banderita Carb Counter Soft Taco Flour tortilla
- 1 tortilla s
- Spinach
- 1 cup s
- Kirkland Signature
- 100 % Liquid Egg Whites
- 8 Tbsp
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Start with egg whites in a nonstick pan (I spritz it with cooking spray ), add spinach (I like to keep fresh spinach in the freezer), add seasoning, when the egg is set I put a zero carb tortilla on it, flip it over, warm the tortilla for about 30 seconds, then roll it up.
