Crustless pizza bites

This is one weight watchers points for the entire recipe.


  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
  • italian seasoning


  1. slice a tomato into 6 pieces and sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. top each slice with fat free shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Then layer with mushrooms, onions and peppers ..dash of Italian seasoning.
  4. Broil for 12 minutes
