Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of fat free shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour
  • Black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • cooking spray
