Corn pepper salad is one of my favorite low point sides and I often eat it for snack too -this entire recipe is four weight watchers points
Ingredients
2 cans corn ( or more if you need alot)
Diced tomatoes
Diced cucumbers
Diced bell peppers
Diced green onion
All 0 points
Blue plate light mayo I use 3 tablespoons which is 4 points making it 1pt per cup of corn salad! or four points for the entire salad
Today I had it with some fresh greens
