This chocolate cherry mug cake will satisfy your sweet tooth! 1 weight watchers point for the whole recipe! Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tap baking powder
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup Cherries
- 1 tablespoon Sugar free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
- I am a sucker for everything cherry and chocolate, so I diced up some fresh cherries and put them in the batter and also on top with a little sugar free chocolate syrup.
- This was 1 WW point for me. Points will depend on what kind of cocoa powder you use. The Great Value brand was zero points.
