It was so good I ate 2 pieces! After putting the ingredients in the recipe maker and dividing it into 8 servings, each scone was still just 2 points. The cream mixture is zero points.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 spray s
  • Self-rising flour
  • 1⅓ cup s
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup s
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch es, or to taste (optional)
  • one egg
  • some applesauce bc my dough was a bit dry some stevia,
  • vanilla flavoring
  • butter spray
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly coat griddle with cooking spray.
  2. Place the flour and yogurt and egg in a medium bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing the dough in the bowl with your hands until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes (if the dough is too sticky to knead, add 1 to 2 tbsp of applesauce); let the dough sit for 5 minutes. (optional add stevia and vanilla extract)
  3. I patted out the dough on my butter sprayed vintage cast iron griddle , sprayed the top, and dotted with frozen blueberries.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
