  • Chobani Plain Greek non-fat yogurt
  • 1 container s
  • Date Lady Pure date syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp 1 point
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Gluten-free granola
  • 2 tablespoons 2 points
  • 1 Tbsp of SF whip topping


  1. Mix yogurt and lemon juice and date syrup then layer, yogurt berries and granola in a parfait dish

Homemade Granola recipe
Uncooked oatmeal
1 cup(s)
Ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
Date Lady Pure date syrup
3 Tbsp
1 Mix in pan over medium heat stir until clumps form. Pour out on parchment paper to cool. Use 1/4 cup in parfaits or in yogurt bark etc.
Makes 5 servings- each serving is 1/4 cup and three weight watchers points
