- Date Lady Pure date syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp 1 point
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp
- Gluten-free granola
- 2 tablespoons 2 points
- 1 Tbsp of SF whip topping
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and lemon juice and date syrup then layer, yogurt berries and granola in a parfait dish

Instructions
1 Mix in pan over medium heat stir until clumps form. Pour out on parchment paper to cool. Use 1/4 cup in parfaits or in yogurt bark etc.
Makes 5 servings- each serving is 1/4 cup and three weight watchers points
