I plugged all the ingredients into the recipe builder on the ww app and mine came out to 3pts per serving. Recipe makes 8 servings at a 1 cup each.
For the chicken…I had a 2lb frozen bag of chicken breast tenderloins from Trader Joe’s so I cooked them in the crock pot on high for 4 hours with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a bay leaf. I also did not measure out the seasoning listed in the recipe I just seasoned to taste. I’d say I probably used more that the 1 tsp listed.
I will be having mine in a 1 pt wrap with baby butter lettuce! In the pics below are some wrap options and lettuce options, but you can eat this by itself, with bread, crackers, wrap, veggies..etc
