Instructions

  1. 3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
  2. 1/3 cup of White Granulated Sweetener, like Lankato Monkfruit
  3. 1 1/2 tsps Great Lakes Gelatin Pure unflavored protein kosher collagen hydrolysate
  4. 3 Tbsp of very hot water
  5. 2 Yolks from large eggs
  6. 1 1/2 cups of Unsweet Plain Almond Milk
  7. 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  8. 3 Medium Bananas sliced
  9. Add hot water to kosher gelatin in a small bowl, stir and set aside
  10. Add flour & sweetener to a medium saucepan, whisk to blend
  11. Whisk together yolks & milk, pour into pan & whisk, cook over medium heat, stir continuously with a spoon for 10 minutes, will start to thicken in about 6 minutes , continue to cook, keep stirring for the remainder of time. Turn off heat. Stir in vanilla then stir in kosher gelatin.
  12. Add the sliced bananas to a pie dish pour filling over top, make sure the filling covers the bananas.
  13. Refrigerate 4-6 hrs.
  14. Toppings:
  15. 1 full sheet of graham crackers crushed and sprinkle over top
  16. 3 Tbsp of Redi Whip or whip cream of choice.
