This is sooo scrumptious and so easy to create and zero points on weight watchers!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 can tomato chunks drained
  • zucchini slices
  • orange pepper chunks top of pepper,
  • red onion slices
  • small amount of plain tomato sauce.
  • onion salt
  • garlic powder
  • small amount of taco seasoning.

Instructions

  1. Take 1 orange bell pepper and cut open the top. stuff with canned tomato chunks(drained) zucchini slices,
  2. orange pepper chunks( top of pepper),
  3. red onion slices and topped with a small amount of plain tomato sauce.
  4. Season with onion salt, garlic powder and a very small amount of taco seasoning.
  5. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes!
