This is sooo scrumptious and so easy to create and zero points on weight watchers!
Ingredients
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 can tomato chunks drained
- zucchini slices
- orange pepper chunks top of pepper,
- red onion slices
- small amount of plain tomato sauce.
- onion salt
- garlic powder
- small amount of taco seasoning.
Instructions
- Take 1 orange bell pepper and cut open the top. stuff with canned tomato chunks(drained) zucchini slices,
- orange pepper chunks( top of pepper),
- red onion slices and topped with a small amount of plain tomato sauce.
- Season with onion salt, garlic powder and a very small amount of taco seasoning.
- bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes!
