Air Fryer Uncrustable pop tarts

These are 4 weight watchers points each and taste amazing. recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients

  • Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Italian Bread 4 slice s
  • Smucker’s Sugar free strawberry preserves 3 Tbsp
  • Vanilla protein powder 20 gm
  • Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 1/8 package s
  • Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained yogurt plain 2 Tbsp
  • Swerve The ultimate sugar replacement confectioners 2 tsp
  • Flavorgod Buttery cinnamon roll 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make light indentation on center of 2 slices of 1 bread to form a small pocket. Brush beaten egg around perimeter of both slices of bread.
  2. Spoon sugar free jam inside one slice of bread. Try your best to keep inside the indentation not going too close to the edge.
  3. Cover with 2nd slice of bread. Add more egg each 3 onto edges. Crimp closed with a fork. And lightly brush top of sandwich with egg wash as well.
  4. Air fry 425 for 3-4 min each side until golden brown and crispy. LET COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE EATING OR JAM WILL BE LIQUID. It must reset before eating.
  5. Mix yogurt, vanilla protein and white chocolate or cheesecake sugar free pudding mix into bowl. Add sugar free sweetener of choice and a few drops of cold water and mix into icing like consistency. Top with sprinkle of Flavor God Buttery Cinnamon Roll seasoning.
