Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese no fat,
- 1 tbs Pb2
- 1/2 cup no fat yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 banana
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients. Add 1/2 chopped banana. Cook at 350 for 45 mins.
