1-Point Personal Cheese Souffle

This dessert is creamy, delish and you can’t beat the points! just 1 weight watchers point got the whole recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese no fat,
  • 1 tbs Pb2
  • 1/2 cup no fat yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients. Add 1/2 chopped banana. Cook at 350 for 45 mins.
