Three Ingredient Chocolate Banana Ice Cream Cups -just three ingredients! This recipe is really easy and they’re like the light ice creams that we buy! And the best part these are just 2 points each on Weight Watchers-recipe makes five servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sugar free chocolate chips I use Lily’s Semi sweet
- 2 medium -large ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk
Instructions
- Add bananas to a blender and blend, melt your chocolate with a tablespoon of almond milk in the microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring in between each one add to your blender. Blend until well combined. Line cupcake pan with 5 liners. Pour batter evenly into each and freeze 1 1/2-2 hrs.
- Remove from freezer and let’s sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes until you can take them out. Transfer them to a Tupperware container to store in freezer.
- When ready to eat remove one and let thaw 10 minutes or so
