These are 2 biscuits for 3 weight watchers points. Recipe makes 8 biscuits!
Ingredients
- I used one cup self rising flour and 1 cup Fage fat free Greek yogurt. And 1/2 tsp baking powder. And I put parchment paper on the baking sheet.
Instructions
- I kneaded it for about a minute or two. Then I cut it in half, then 1/4’s then 1/8’s. I rolled each 1/8 into a ball and pressed down slightly. Baked them at 350° for 20 minutes. I thought they looked a bit pale, so I flipped them over and baked 4 more minutes.
