Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Self-rising flour 16 points
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 2 points
  • ½ tsp vanilla 0 points
  • 5 sprays I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Original spray 0 points
  • ¼ cup lankato Monkfruit 0 points
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon 0 points

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, yogurt & vanilla in a KitchenAid with the dough hook, if you have one. If not, kneed it by hand until it comes together as a dough ball. If it’s too sticky to handle, put flour on your hands.
  2. Once that comes together, divide it into four pieces. Roll each of those pieces into a log 8-10 inches long and cut into 1 ½ pieces. Roll each of those pieces into a ball.
  3. You will have to cook these in batches. I have parchment paper that fits in the bottom of my air fryer and placed about a dozen doughballs at a time and air fried it for 10 minutes at 380°
  4. when the doughnut holes are done, you can spray them with butter and then roll them in the sugar mixture and lay them on a cooling rack to dry. These taste best when they are warm!! Mangia!!
  5. This recipe makes 24 donut holes each donut hole is one point on Weight Watchers
