These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies are a quick and easy healthy dessert to whip up for the holidays!! They are great to have for potlucks and to snack on as well. And they are also low Weight Watchers points for a little treat to have as well.

- Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
- 15.25 Ounce Spice Cake Mix
- 15 Ounce Pumpkin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together spice cake and pumpkin the batter will be very thick and can be hard to stir together I also used a spatula to scrape the bowl as well
- Scoop onto cookie sheet!! I use a cookie scoop to do it, to make the cookie shapes and to keep them uniform.
- Bake for about 8-12 minutes
- Remove and allow to cool
