Tossed some big cauli florets in olive oil, salt, curry powder and ginger. Roasted those at 400 degrees until fork tender. Meanwhile on the stove, cooked down down zucchini and a chopped tomato in olive oil until soft and fragrant. Added shrimp and finished off with some real bacon bits until cooked through. 10/10.
